Aaron Fredlund: Trainer and Auditor

With over 25 years of experience as a Big Game Guide and Outfitter, Aaron has spent a lifetime in the great outdoors. His deep respect for wildlife and passion for adventure have shaped a career built on skill, safety and connection to nature.

Aaron has spent 6 years in the Oil and Gas Industry specializing in Wildlife Safety Protection. His hands-on experience in the field, combined with certifications in H2S Alive, First Aid, Quad Safety, WHMIS, PAL and WPSTC, ensures every worksite is safe.

When he’s not guiding or leading outdoor experiences, you’ll find Aaron at the range fine-tuning his marksmanship through Firearms Training and Target Shooting. Whether in the bush or behind the sights, Aaron brings patience, precision, and a genuine love for what he does to every experience.


Mike Peters: trainer and auditor

With nearly two decades of experience in the field, Mike has built his career around protecting people, wildlife and the natural spaces they share. For 18 years he served with the Conservation Officer Service, he supervised the Bear Response Officer Program on Vancouver’s North Shore - handling hundreds of human-wildlife interactions involving black bears, grizzly bears and cougars.

Mike’s extensive training includes Firearms and Range Officer certification, First Aid, ATV, Jet Boat, and Drift Boat operation, along with MED A3/A4, Power Squadron, Radio Certificate, PSTC, WHMIS, WPSTC, and PAL. He’s also completed RCMP Auxiliary training, further expanding his expertise in safety and response.

Today, Mike continues to serve the outdoors as a Recreation Officer for the BC Government, where his experience, calm under pressure, and respect for wildlife help ensure that everyone can enjoy the backcountry safely and responsibly.


Gorden Jeck

With over 30 years as a Big Game Guide and Outfitter, Gorden has spent his life in the great outdoors, turning his passion for hunting, wildlife, and adventure into a career. He’s not just guiding - he’s sharing a lifetime of knowledge, safety and respect for nature with everyone he works with.

Gorden has spent 2 years in the Oil and Gas Industry specializing in Wildlife Safety Protection, and holds certifications in H2S Alive, First Aid, Quad Safety, WHMIS, PAL, Feller’s Ticket, and WPSTC. His extensive experience also includes Felling, Fire Suppression, Firearms Training, Hunting, and Target Shooting, making him a trusted and versatile guide in the field.

Whether in the bush or on the range, Gorden brings a wealth of experience, a steady hand and a genuine love for the outdoors.


Troy Ronald

Troy brings a unique blend of outdoor expertise and law enforcement knowledge to every adventure. With 15 years as a Big Game Guide, he is always emphasizing safety, skill and respect for the wilderness.

Troy is a Police Foundational Graduate and a second year of a Bachelor of Human Services (Police Studies) degree student. He’s completed Crisis Intervention Training and National Use of Force Model Training, giving him a calm, knowledgeable approach to managing complex situations in the field.

His certifications include H2S Alive, First Aid, Quad Safety, WHMIS, and PAL, He’s well-versed in Firearms Training, Hunting and Target Shooting. Navigating the backcountry and the unexpected challenges it can bring, Troy combines experience, professionalism and a love for the outdoors.
